Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) Capability Collaboration Event 

24-25 July 2018 (RSVP NLT 11 July)

 

On 24-25 July, SOFWERX in collaboration with USSOCOM, will host a Capability Collaboration Event to identify Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) technology limitations and exploration of opportunities to overcome them. In addition, there will be a limited session to discuss training shortfalls and the technologies that may be leveraged to mitigate these shortfalls to increase throughput & effectiveness. NOTE: The afternoon of 25 July and 26 July are reserved for a SOCOM Only JTAC event. 

 

Focus Areas

1. Identify all JTAC limitations and opportunities to overcome them.

2. Current & Future JTAC technologies that allow for quicker & cost-effective training to include:

•  Gaming
•  Virtual Reality
•  Dome Environment
•  Augmented Reality/Mixed Reality
