SOF Space, Cyber Space and Electromagnetic Spectrum Rapid Capabilities Assessment (RCA) Event

27 April – 01 May 2020

Request to Attend NLT 26 March 11:59 PM EST

SOFWERX, in collaboration with USSOCOM’s Directorate of Science and Technology, will host a SOF Space, Cyber Space and Electromagnetic Spectrum Rapid Capabilities Assessment (RCA) Event to develop and produce a “Technology Road Map” to provide a system/subsystem level breakdown of technology partners, their technology maturity, risk and provide insight for deciding next steps, such as technology investment opportunities. The RCA outputs are a technical deep-dive on vetted concepts and outputs from the 10-12 March 2020 Innovation Foundry 5 Event.

Purpose
The purpose of this event is to further explore topics vetted during IF5, and especially topics validated and approved by the J59 Sponsor, as they relate to Space, Cyber Space, and the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) on the mission set. Other topics of interest to the S&T Futures team may also be addressed.

Focus Areas

  • Space
  • Cyber Space
  • Electromagnetic Spectrum

Other focus areas will be specified based on input from the 10-12 March Innovation Foundry Event 5. We will post those focus areas as they are decided upon.
